This shipping guideline applies to all cookware, kitchen utensils, kitchen gadgets and related kitchen goods sold via
meimeibba.com, exclusively for US domestic customers.
1. Order Processing Timeline
All kitchen product orders will be reviewed, inspected and packed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, US federal holidays will start processing on the next available business day.
We conduct strict quality checks for every cookware set, knife, baking tool and kitchen accessory before shipment to prevent damaged items during transit.
2. Standard Delivery Timeframe
Standard shipping is our only available service for all US territories.
Total transit & delivery window: 10–20 business days from the day your package departs our warehouse.
Delivery delays may occur due to carrier backlogs, extreme weather, customs clearance occasional checks, or remote residential zone delivery routes. We do not guarantee exact delivery dates but will provide tracking links once your order ships.
3. Shipping Coverage & Shipping Fees
We ship to all 50 United States states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Flat-rate shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout based on your cart weight and delivery location. Large cookware bundles, heavy cast iron kitchen sets may incur additional volumetric shipping charges, visible before payment.
4. Shipment Tracking
A unique tracking number and tracking page link will be sent to your registered email address once your parcel is dispatched. You may monitor real-time movement of your kitchen goods anytime. If your tracking shows no updates for over 7 business days, reach out to our support team immediately.
5. Lost, Missing or Damaged Shipments
- Missing packages: If your tracking marks delivered but you never receive your cookware, contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation for a trace investigation.
- Damaged kitchen items on arrival: Capture clear photos of the outer shipping box and broken kitchen products, send them to our support inbox within 48 hours of receiving the parcel, and we will arrange replacement or partial refund solutions.
