• The cookware, utensils or gadgets remain unused, unwashed, free of scratches, stains or cooking residue.
• All original packaging, brand inserts, product manuals, bonus kitchen accessories are fully intact and attached.
• Clear proof of purchase (order number, checkout receipt email) must be provided when submitting a return ticket.

2. Non-Returnable Kitchen Goods

• Pre-used cutlery, food-contact silicone utensils, wooden cooking spoons, reusable food storage bags
• Custom engraved cookware, personalized kitchen gifts
• Clearance, final-sale discounted kitchen bundles marked “All Sales Final” at checkout

3. Return Process Steps

1. Submit a return application via our Contact Us page or call our service hotline to obtain a pre-paid return shipping label.
2. Securely repack the kitchen item using its original outer carton to avoid transit scratches or breakage.
3. Drop off your return package at the designated US carrier location we specify.
4. Our quality team will inspect the returned goods within 5–7 business days after receiving your parcel. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once inspection passes.

4. Refund Details & Shipping Cost Responsibility

• If returns are caused by our errors: defective cookware, wrong item shipped, missing kitchen accessories – we cover all return shipping fees and process full order refunds, or send a free replacement at your choice.
• If returns are voluntary customer-initiated (change of mind, unsuitable size/style of kitchen tools): you are accountable for all return delivery fees. Original outbound shipping charges at checkout are non-refundable.
